This page will house all the information you'll need for your upcoming bout on DEC 13, 2024.  

MMA ID'S ARE NOW IN EFFECT. YOU MUST OBTAIN YOUR NYS MMA ID IN ORDER TO FIGHT.

WEIGH INS: THURSDAY, DEC 12 5:30pm
LOCATION: TOWNEPLACE SUITES 38-42 11TH STREET, LONG ISLAND CITY NY 11101

CONTRACTS DUE: 48HRS of receiving 
MEDICALS DUE: 12/01

PHYSICALS

  • All fighters must have a physical from their doctor twelve months current to the event date.

​

  • Any physical on or before 12/13/23 *will not be accepted*

​​

  • Some other sanctions and athletic commissions medical paperwork *may* be accepted, send it in so we can make you aware ASAP if it can or cannot be used.

​

  • If you have not had a physical, print "GAMMA Medical" attached on this page below and bring to your appointment. 

​

  • If physical is not received in time (by 12/01), you will not fight.

​

BLOOD WORK 

​

 

  • All fighters must, by New York regulations, have blood work 6 months current to the event date.

​

  • Any blood work performed on or before 06/13/24 *will not be accepted*

​

  • The blood work required is negative results of: Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, Hepatitis C Antibody, and HIV (no oral swab must be blood). No other variant of these tests will be accepted.​

​

  • Print form "Blood Work" attached on this page and bring with you to your appointment. 

​

  • If correct blood work is not received in time (by 12/01), you will not fight.

​

WEIGH-INS

​

  • Arrive at weigh-ins on time, on weight, with a hard copy of your medicals for GAMMA.

​

  • If you do not make weight, you will be given time to cut no more than 1% of your total body weight.

EVENT DAY

​

  • Fighters & corners report to venue ON 12/13 at 4:30pm. MELROSE BALLROOM 36-08 33RD STREET. LONG ISLAND CITY, NY 11106

​

  • Doors and first bout time TBD.

​

  • Promotion will provide gloves and gear. 

​

  • Promotion will not provide hand wrapping materials, cups or mouthpieces.
